Our first Annual Holiday Cookie Bake-Off was a hit as our community came together to support our homeless families. With over 50 contestant entries in three different categories, our judges had no shortage of tasty treats to choose from. Our bakers truly went above and beyond to ensure that our cookie sale had plenty of variety.

Congratulations to all of winners:

  • Senior Division: Helen Bauer, Cynthia Roderer, Barbara Ann Driscoll
  • Adult Division: JCC Cares, Carol Engel, Pat Flavin
  • Junior Division: North Plainfield High School Group 1, Samantha and Amanda Osborn, North Plainfield High School Group 2

A special thanks to our judges: Kathleen Sanderson from Ninety Acres, John Vingara from Somerset County Vo-Tech and Sue Colicchio from Williams-Sonoma.

We would also like to thank Williams Sonoma, Janine Gordon of Ninety Acres, Candyland Crafts and Connie Riley Ayad for their generous donations of prizes.

And finally, to Pastor Chelsea Miller and the staff of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. Thank you for opening your doors and hosting our cookie sale!
